Monday - roast veg and pesto lasagne
Tuesday - Thai steak and veg curry (F) with naan bread

Hello! Thought I'd pop in and set out my plans for this week - I'm challenging myself to only spend at most the £13 that's in my purse for the rest of the week, so am trying to meal plan around what I've got in the house already! My week starts tomorrow as I'm off out with the OH for dinner tonight
Lunches will be soup and a roll all week, already got enough for Monday and Tuesday.
Dinners:
Monday - spag bol
Tuesday - leftovers
Wednesday - gnocci
Thursday - lamb meatballs
Friday - tortellini
Saturday - fish pie
Sunday - undecided...
I have most of the main ingredients for the above, so should only need a few bits of veg and some more soup/rolls for later in the week.Savings target: £25000/£25000
