Statutary duty clarity needed re Redundancy

Hi, The law states that employers have to declare as a statutary duty to dismiss more than 20 employees at "one establishment". I work for a company that is using different entities as an excuse to exclude me from the mass redundancy (I am being made redundant as an individual as I work for one area, another area with larger numbers is under threat as a group over 20). I am told the other department is a different entity, yet we all report to the same CEO and work in the same building. The group are likely to get much better terms than me, is this fair?
