End of a JSA claim/remaining payments

I ended my JSA claim on Friday because I started work on Monday. I went in to the JCP and she did it there and then, I filled the little book in and everything.
Anyway, I'd signed on as normal on Thursday so when i ended my claim there were 3 days left (Fri, Sat & Sun) before starting work. She said the remainder would go in to my account 'in a couple of days'.
Since I signed on Thursday and my 2 weeks JSA went in on Tuesday, I assumed this would then go in on Wednesday. Still no sign today and I can't call them tomorrow as I'm at work 9-5 and have no credit on my phone (can't put any on til I get paid).
Anyhoo I'm rambling. Does anyone know how long it takes to end a claim? How long it takes to process etc?
