Hi all,
I am new here but I must ask about a problem which I have.
Does any body know for sure if Npower have a system eco 10.
I have a problem that I must solve.

I have had problems with this company for years and every time I tried to switch other suppliers say that I cannot because I have 2 supply numbers!!
This morning I phoned this company and I was told that they cannot access my account because they are transfering to a new system.I TOOK THIS DAY OFF TO TRY AND GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM so I lost a day from my holiday hours.
I am concluding that I should seek help from some association
Because these guys bring up so many things that I don't understand

As is often stated on this board, but worth doing again, do not attempt to switch supplier with such a supply; attempts to do so invariably end in tears (as you are finding out)
