    Yes they advertised it, but in good faith. As long as they got you there and back, their job is complete. As for the delay, as this was outwith the EU, I don't believe any additional compo is payable.

    I always found them reasonable and take care of their customers when delays occur (and without having to get stroppy first). There will always be the chance of delays, and overnight some airports even close!

    Don't Thomson charge a supplement for holidays travelling on the Dreamliner? If they do, this should certainly be refunded I this case.
