  • Moneyextra.com has now been unavailable for over 24 hours. I can find no way of contacting them.

My Portfolio contains information regarding my shares which is not recorded elsewhere. I had complained on 2 or 3 occasions about their advertising which was obliterating some of the information shown on the screen.

I have looked elsewhere for a suitable site for recording the progress of my shares and the one which I now favour is 'ThisisMoney'. As soon as moneyextra returns, I intend to abandon that site in favour of 'Thisismoney'.
  • Yup! Not been able to get in for well over 24 hours now. :(
  • Still down, now 48 hours. Would be good if there was some way of knowing what is happening, it doesn't inspire confidence in the site that stores financial information!
  • Well I tried the downforeveryoneorjustme.com site and it suggests moneyextra.com is up. Like the others on this topic I have been unable to retrieve my portfolio details for 2 or 3 days. What is happening ?

It's down for me too. I've sent a message to an email address I found on a cached version of moneyextra.com. If I get a reply I'll post it here.
  • Seems to be back online.
  • Yes it is back up but there is absolutely nothing on the site to explain what went wrong or to apologise for it not being available for two days. This will not inspire anyone with any confidence. If this happens again without them explaining what is going on, I'm upping and offing to somewhere more reliable and more user friendly.

    Not for me.
