I have tried to claim back ppi on a policy supplied by reg vardy i have received
a letter back from pendragon ltd who bought reg vardy . When I took out the policy I was a case of here's the payment protection to sign no explanation of terms and conditions or waiting periods before you can claim nothing just here it is sign it.
Pendragon are basically saying because it was more than six years ago I have no claim even though the.policy was still active in 2009 and it would be.no good going to the ombudsmen because they will not entertain me . Can anyone help or has anyone had experience of pendragon ltd
