Telephone Recording Hardware/Software

Obviously I appreciate that I will have to offer a declaration to customers phoning that telephone calls may be recorded etc etc. BT offer a solution which is about £2000 but is very sophistocated.
I've looked around and this sort of system seems to fit the bill on a much lower budget. Does anyone use this sort of set up - I'd like to see something like this in action before going for anything.

Im sure there is a cheaper way of doing it using your pc. Try ebay.Kind Regards
