UKCPS Parking Fine

Hi, Having received a parking charge from ukcps in Manchester yesterday I've been reading through the threads and am pretty well up for just ignoring it and all subsequent threats. I bought a ticket for the full day but stupidly, or wind assisted, it ended up face down. I was pretty confident even if it went to small claims that I could argue I had a valid ticket. Only thing is I now notice that the ticket had today's date on, not yesterdays I.e. every ticket purchased would be invalid as the date is incorrect? So my question is should I contact them or BPA and use this as a ason why they should drop it. I took a photo today of tickets showing 19th Oct and was going to email it which will date stamp as 18th. Or should I forget it.

just ignore, view this watchdog report on it for reassurance:

I would report it to the dvla , this is either deliberate deception or at the very least grossly negligent . Do you mind posting the image of the ticket up, we got a host of people here who will be willing to complain
by the way ignore them if you are the registered keeper. Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -
Just checking - how long did you buy the ticket for? Is it possible that it was for 24 hours, and so the ticket correctly shows the expiry date as some time tomorrow?Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
