Smilies not working etc

I think my 3 year old has done something to this pc, the smilies aren't working for me and whenever I put a return in, when I post, the site ignores it and I get a block of text. Also when I click on quick links it changes to a different link bar. I'm sure it's quite simple, but I can't work it out, help please 
The smilies are working if I put them in by hand, but not picking them from the menu on the right hand side. Also when I edit a post I get what seems to be a load of HTML interspersed with the text.

I can't see anything in there that makes a difference? Tried changing the WYSIWYG, to a more basic one, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
I have got an ad blocker somewhere, No script, I suppose he might have changed something in there.

Got it! Thankyou so much, it was in No script, I didn't notice it the 1st time I looked, but it looks like he must have marked MSE as untrustworthy.
