BOS Login page

I've just tried to log into my BOS account online and after putting in my username and password, the next page, instead of asking for letters from my passphrase wants me to enter my memorable information, one of the items is my driving licence number which the BOS does not have.
Have I been hacked or have they changed the log in details?
This is happening with IE9 and Mozilla Firefox.
I am now going to to run malwarebytes.

Does it look anything like this ? - you may wish to read that threadanticlaus105 wrote: »I just thought I would give everyone the heads up that Lloyds have new security checks when trying to login….

LOL that they think I’m that stupid!
I am not sure where the browser hijack or whatever it is came from but I have to admit it’s the best one I've seen so far. Even all the help and support boxes worked and the English appeared fine.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Yes, it looks looks similar to that but mine was in BOS colours.
I've just logged on this morning from another computer and I was able to log on OK.
Malwarebytes found nothing but I am restoring a back-up from before my grandson was on my computer yesterday.
That's the worst about school holidays.0 -
I assume you've already changed your password?
Thats the worst about TSB/Halifax/BOS, no way of authenticating the site at a glance before putting in your details. Even First Direct asks a custom question, so you know your logging into the right account.0
