Buyer wants to cancel - Advice please

I listed and sold a branded sample size skincare product. However, the buyer has sent me a message saying they want to cancel as they didn't realise it was a sample size.
I put the word sample in the title, it was again clearly stated as a sample in the description and I also put how many ml the pot contained. I feel I did not mislead anyone that it was a full size product.
The selling price (bids got to just under £3) would also have been a clue, as the full size product retails around £70.
Shall I cancel as the buyer requests to avoid negative feedback or ?? I have never been in this situation before and would appreciate any advice. Thank-you!

Cancel. It isn't worth the aggravation of doing anything else. You can't force them to pay.0

not worth the trouble for £3.0

I recently had this, from someone who claimed their teenager had bid on their account - the request came after they hadn't paid for 3 days, however, I noticed that they were still bidding and winning similiar items.
I agreed to cancel, and submitted a cancellation request. Unfortunately, however, they did not agree to the cancellation, despite requesting this in the first place:mad:.
I then had to wait another 7 days for this to be cancel, but was worried that they would reject my request and I would be left to pay the fees (on a £70 sale).
When I was finally free to do a "Second Chance Offer" the 2nd bidder had already purchased from another Ebayer which meant I had to re-list (missed out on FLW too) and eventually sold for £38.00.
Wished I had just done a NPB.0 -
I had the same thing, I sold an aftershave 'empty box' and stated this very clearly in more than one place, got a bid and then the bidder asked to cancel the transaction. Annoying but for 99p it want worth it, plus he left me good feedbackNov NSD: 8/7 Dec NSD: 1/10Sealed pot member #1443 2011: £106. 2012: £171Ninjakat challenge: Aim to clear two debts by April 2013100 day challenge: No toiletries or magazines 19/100 (3 x fails

Why on earth would you sell an empty aftershave box, or even a sample for something?!?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Never understood it myself.
Personally I abhor box selling because usually its to authenticate some dodgy item or other. Fake Uggs? Ahh but the box is genuine! Fake Aftershave? Can't be the box is genuine etc etc0
