kellogs coco pops complaint

I have recently tried to get in contact with kellogs to ake a coplaint through there complaints section on line and have not heard a peep after 3 -mails over 3 weeks- my son (7) broke a tooth on an hard inch by half an inch lump of solid mass (which I have kept) what else can I do or is there anyone else I can report to?
