Anyone have any idea how long a parcel from USA is likely to take ?

Hi,
I bought some buttons from a US seller on ebay, parcel was dispatched by First-Class Mail International on 9th October. Tracking says Electronic Shipping Info was received on 10th Oct.
I don't have any idea whether this will take a week or a month to reach us, I wondered if anyone on here had any experience of USA transactions, and could give me a vague idea of when to expect delivery ?

I've got family in the US and either way it's pretty erratic no matter what you send, anything from 4 days to nearly 4 weeks. Generally speaking between 10 and 14 days..0

Is it proper tracking or just the barcode on the customs label do you know?
Typically it is pot luck whether USPS staff scan things and very few of my items track more than once or twice.0 -
I've just had something sent from the US. It got caught at customs but even so only took 10 days via same method as in the OP.Herman - MP for all!
