Citibank - Slow Login

Is anybody else having issues logging in to their Citibank account over the last day or two? In particular, it being VERY slow?

I logged in about 8 hours ago and it seemed fine. have you tried the usual like clearing your cache or using a different browser?

Thanks, yes I've tried all the usual things so was hoping it was a problem at their end rather than mine. I just tried logging in again and it was somewhat faster, though still not as quick as usual.

Out of curiousity I just tried logging in again and there was only a tiny hang of 1 or 2 seconds. I am using Safari on a Mac laptop and log in through using 1 Password. My current internet speed is only 1mbps and am using a VPN

How long was your login taking? Have you tried a malware check, not sure if that could slow your 'puter down?

There were delays at various points of between maybe 30secs & 2mins, the longest delay typically being after everything has been entered and it fetches your account info. Just tried again and it was only about 5 secs, so for now I'm putting it down to an issue at their end.

I had previously checked for malware etc., but nothing showed up.
