If I hold an online chat with one of their reps, I screenshot that too.

Most chat software I've used gives you the option to have an email transcript of the conversation sent to you.

I have a web browser add on called awesome screenshot. Can capture a whole page. Its basically screenshots but where with screenshots you only capture the visible part, this allows you to select whether you want to capture the visible part, a selected part or the whole page. Also lets you choose whether to upload, print, save etc and make basic edits.

I used to get them emailed but I find the screenshots just easier now. Plus I dont need to receive spam this way :D
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Maybe they wrote a lawyer's letter/email to MSE, and MSE took the easy option of deleting the thread? (MSE have previous for doing so - posts about Optical Express for example).

Even more since Moneysupermarket bought up MSE.

Perhaps Moneysupermarket bosses have shares in these companies? ;)

no i was bribed by the director of company to remove the thread,in exchange for a refund over a £19.99 sensory lightbulb which failed in 2 weeks. he was threatening all sorts of legal action, with the thread appearing at number 2 on google under the website cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk .ive kept all the emails from the director.i gave in for the sake of my daughters lightbulb as she was really distressed at this point
Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.

    Legal action for £9.91?

    I wouldn't.

All the links above are broken according to my browser.

http://www.cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk/colour-storm-ball-jumbo-2646-p.asp is "with hand" and specifies size. I don't know how to find cached copies.

There is no way I would pay £7.99 P&P for an item costing a fiver, but I guess that is not the point.
