I went to my local Mr Ts today in search of this promotion, the SEL said [STRIKE]£6.55 [/STRIKE]£5.55 for the twin pack, I took a couple of packs to the self checkout thinking they would scan in at £1...and they in fact scanned at £6.55 each.

    The joy is over :(.

Anyone else fed up with grating cheese LOL?

Bought some Pour & Store bags (8 for £1.19) in Aldi - they are just right for freezing a block (grated) of this cheese. They take up less room than freezer boxes and they are really tough. Good also for freezing liquids (soup etc).

I made the same mistake first time - I think you might have picked up the twinpacks with one mature and one extra mature? The £1 packs are both extra and the barcode ends in 129733. Of course Mr T might have fixed their tills now, but I did read this was a barcode error by Cathedral City.
