Npower refund after switch
Hi all.
I switched energy supplier from npower to sainsburys in May this year.
The final Npower bill said i was £300 ish in credit, so in July i asked for the money to be refunded to me.
August came and still no refund even after phone calls, they gave the age old excuse of a new computer system being put in place.
Anyway, in September i made an official complaint to their complaints dept and they said that they would respond in 28 days (i think). This 'deadline' will expire on the 22nd Oct.
So if i do not hear anything what should i do?
Can i escalate the issue with someone like OFGEN?
Can i claim any compensation?
Many thanks.
