Hi guys, I downloaded the 2013 version and I'm having an annoying problem with the 'Safe Money' module. It seems to work fine with most money sites, but with some, such as Barclaycard, when I go into it, the B/C site just hangs after allowing me to enter the security P/W. Is anyone else having similar problems? I sent an email to Kaspersky and they want to gain remote access to my PC which I'm reluctant to do. Any ideas

    If you are using the latest version of Firefox, there is an issue with it working with Safe Money. Kaspersky advised me of this last week. The site will eventually load but very slowly.

    Yes - kaspersky also told me that there is a compatability issue with FF 16, but I'm using 15.0.1. Apparently, there is a similar issue with Chrome. I disabled safe money for now - maybe they'll find a fix soon. Having said that, I'm not sure what advantages there are with safe money!!!

    I have been using Rapport, as provided by the banks for quite some time now without any problems, so I have also bypassed Safe Money until it is compatible.
