 How's it going with the non smoking Rich?
Hi Waspy,
It's going well in as much as I've not had a smoke for 24/25 days, but I'm not finding it easy. I was rather hoping that the urge to light up would have almost diminished by now, but it hasn't; not even close.
How are you finding it?

You're doing great ..especially going cold turkey!!
I still have "moments" of weakness .. could quite easily just spark up and think nothing of it but it does get easier ... it changes from the physical withdrawal to your mind playing games.. if i feel like one now i just make sure i do something to occupy my mind and the feeling soon passes:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

It can't be nicotine now; that must have gone from my system after a week at the most, so it must be just a psychological thing. It's like losing a close friend, somebody you've relied on for so long, and all of a sudden they're not there; it's a sh1te feeling, as I'm sure you know.
Must admit today has been better than Wed & Thurs, for some reason they were real pigs of a day.
