    Hi Waspy,

It's going well in as much as I've not had a smoke for 24/25 days, but I'm not finding it easy. I was rather hoping that the urge to light up would have almost diminished by now, but it hasn't; not even close.

    How are you finding it?

    Rich

You're doing great ..especially going cold turkey!!

I still have "moments" of weakness .. could quite easily just spark up and think nothing of it but it does get easier ... it changes from the physical withdrawal to your mind playing games.. if i feel like one now i just make sure i do something to occupy my mind and the feeling soon passes :)

The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

It can't be nicotine now; that must have gone from my system after a week at the most, so it must be just a psychological thing. It's like losing a close friend, somebody you've relied on for so long, and all of a sudden they're not there; it's a sh1te feeling, as I'm sure you know.

Must admit today has been better than Wed & Thurs, for some reason they were real pigs of a day.

    Rich
