What is the program to resize them? If you search, then you can find dozens of different programs and online 'tools' to do it.

Don't forget that if they're also over 80x80 and you reduce them then the file size will reduce a bit as well
e.g I reduced a 98x98 (29kb) to 80x80 (21kb) not a huge reduction though but it might help
