Definately an animal theme tonite! When I saw the goldfish & hamster thread I thought it must be about credit card companies!!..my first thought was I never heard of Hamster loans?!!

you'd be surprised how common it is to 'nick' the bladder as you cut the midline as it often pops up when operating. Bad surgery really but it does happen.

was it someone you knew? It is called a rabbit spay same as dog or cat.

I know Dalip...I have bought a trap that catches then but I think they are wise to this...I`m worried he`ll invite his friends round & they are all partying all nite in a nice warm workshop...I have found chewed carrier bags!! :eek:

Its all positive ...I am meeting LL on saturday morning & hope that it settles my mind. I intend to empty this place & get on market...even considered auction...worth a try. I only need to breakeven on sale price.

Sounds like your very organised!! Remember don`t leave clothes/bedding etc in black bin liners too long or they smell of plastic!! & have to be rewashed!! - just a tip from when I last moved!

Actually Phil...spot on! ..thats exactly what I think they are doing when I turn the lights out at night!! I am easily paranoid..
