True, we do..i just don't normally do blow outs and certainly not in the afternoon.

I've only been out twice since New Year, as I hardly drink now (being skint doesn't help:rolleyes:) or at least I just don't feel like drinking at the mo' anyway.
But, sometimes a good drink, blows the cobwebs away!

Its almost unheard of before 11 pm on a Friday, but i'm going to have to hit the sack!

I don't know, I know what you mean though, I think it's partly as others are floating around doing 'normal' things and when you're a bit tipsy you're more aware of it (ie. more obvious in the cold light of day, than under the 'blanket of night' when everybody else is steaming along with you:D)... I think anyway. Plus when you drink on night, you can just go home and go to bed and don't realise how drunk you are;)
