    Well, I had 2 pints yesterday on my work Xmas lunch but wished I hadn't cos combined with the food it made me feel bloated. The test will be this week coming but after feeling like cr*p yesterday for having 2 pints I'm pretty confident I'm gonna be on soft drinks/shandies for Xmas.

    And you know what? Cos I'm not drinking at home, I'm hardly smoking either.

    Can't wait to see what effect it has on my bank balance this next month :) It's making my head clearer too :D
