NEW Option - Report this buyer

Just logged in and found that our eBay Feedback had received a Neg. Odd as I posted over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a peep from the buyer.
On the feedback page it says
Report this buyer (if this buyer has violated ebay policies, let us know. It only takes a minute and helps protect the seller community)
All is explained here:-

WELL DONE EBAY

It might not seem quite as good as it looks!
It is all very well reporting someone, but for what? The link has always been there a few clicks away, all they have really done is bring it nearer the front- the criteria for feedback removal remains the same.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I see that it states that actions take about a week to conclude so will let you know how I got on after that time.

I never do with ebay.
If they didn't contact you at all before leaving poor feedback don't forget to mention that when you report them as well. Nope - the buyer sent no comms.
Also pointed out to eBay that they (the buyer) sold the same sort of things that I do.
In addition, is not business registered.
I wanted to leave feedback reply but decided to keep silent.I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0 -

I thought this would be my chance to report a problem buyer I had recently but she falls through the criteria - there is nothing new there.0 -
