Arrrgh! Mad!

Don't worry about it ,just block them and move on.Ebay just winds me up, I don't think it's good for my health to either buy or sell on there lately lol.
Ebay won't remove the feedback unless it's defamatory.
Unless you are a volume seller you are going to have difficulty maintaining 100% feedback due to the occasional idiot. It's not unknown for buyers to get muddles and give feedback to the wrong sellers!
Usually any problems can be sorted by good customer service but if someone leaves bad feedback without contacting you there is very little you can do.0 -
If it's the kind of belt loop I am thinking of, they break SO easily I wouldn't be surprised if something happened to it when you were packing it/she was opening it.
I doubt very much it happened while I was packing it, as I folded it up like they fold a shirt in a shop, so the loops would have been on the inside. If they managed to break it when unpacking it, they must have been pretty rough with it which would be their own fault if they damaged it. I'm still convinced either it wasn't broken, or they know they did it themselves, because of them saying "It arrived broken" And no mention of it not being in the listing like they did on the other one.Yes it is annoying she didn't contact you, but maybe she was happy with the item (belt loops aren't the be all and end all) and so she thought there wasn't any point as she didn't want to actually return it.
If she didn't want to return it, then she should have still messaged me to let me know, and I would have maybe partially refunded her if she sent me photos of the broken belt loop. Either you're happy with something or you're not. If you're going to leave a neutral, you might as well not leave any feedback at all unless the seller refuses to co-operate in some way. I wasn't given the opportunity to sort it out.Neutral feedback doesn't affect your percentage anyway (I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong) the only issue would be if she has damaged your stars.
I checked my stars and I've been given a 2 for item not as described. So I assume that's from her. That makes me even more mad, as it was EXACTLY as I described! I didn't even leave the girl that sold me a used scarf as BNWOT (and admitted it wasn't) a 2 star for item description. I gave her a 3, because at the end of the day, it was still a scarf, she just lied about the condition if it.
Maybe I'm just too honest for my own good, and one thing that winds me up more than anything else is being lied to! I also think I do whatever I can to keep the buyer happy. I post the next day (even went out during a downpour and got drenched, to post my parcels the other week) I don't over charge on postage, I package items as well as possible. I double check them and if I find a problem with it, I message the buyer and ask them what they would like to do. I found a mark on a jacket once when I was packing it. It was a mark that was impossible to get out, so I just messaged the buyer apologising and saying I would refund them in full, or send them photos of the mark and they could decide if they still wanted it, and if so, I would just take the postage charge and they could have the Jacket free. She opted for that so I sent the Jacket. Never heard anything else from her.
Even though I do all this, I've still been given lower stars for some things, mostly 5* but the 4's and 3's and now a 2 are unjustified in my opinion. I feel like just deleting all my listings off there now and not bothering. People are just getting too dishonest on there now. It's not worth it for someone like me, who isn't making a fortune on there, just selling a few things I don't want or need anymore.0
