Paypal reversal

Now done two phone calls with paypal

1st one seemed to go ok

2nd one tried to tell me i would only get my money back from them if they could get it from the bank.
I didnt have the T&C in front of me so i couldnt challange him too strongly. Now i have reread this thread i am positive his was wrong

Can I ask, if you got the answer on the first phone call, why did you call again?

Has your case been decided?

The answer i got on the first phone call was as i had uploaded the COP and tracking number it should be sorted out by last weekend. As i had no news i phoned them up on Friday this week to chase. This is when he told me it could take 75 days to sort!!

Yes, they can take a while, but sometimes you can be lucky and get a CS rep that will close it in your favour. It really depends.

Thank you all for your help

Paypal finally reviewed my case today and as i had done everything correctly agreed that i was covered by paypal seller protection and have released my funds. They will continue this fight on their own!!

Been contacted by paypal the bank are disputing the case and paypal have asked for any further information that i may have to help reclaim my money.
Am i in danger of loosing my case and lossing the money again?

I though that would be it now seller protection had been activated?

As above, you may have to remind PayPal that you are protected. Just make sure you have actually uploaded your proof of postage in the dispute console. With my last one I phoned PayPal several times as well just to remind them I was covered, as I don't necessarily trust PayPal.
