New Not New Ipod Touch

I bought an Ipod touch today via the web for £169 as it looked just what I wanted for my Son's birthday. I've paid and now I notice that the price is for a 4th generation but the picture and description on the Tesco website is for the 5th generation which are about £100 more. Do they have to supply me with the features described or the model titled on their website ???

No. Provided that they offer you a full refund and cover any postage costs involved in returning the incorrectly described item, they will have covered their legal obligations.0
