i need advice on my electric situation

Im in a situation and nobody seems to want to help me im on esa benefits and don't get payed till Monday i have no electric and no one to lend me money for it i have applied for a crisis loan but been refused my mental health worker said i can get food from the church but were can i get help for my electric or isn't there anywhere that can help me

have you used all your emergency credit yet?? most Prepayment meters have no lower than £5 worth built in to the meter to stop the supply going off. Some energy supplier can extend this credit in some circumstances

I think you really need to get to places like the CAB as you need help with your finances and any benefits you can access.

You could ask the supplier if they will help for now but they won't keep doing it and could just refuse.

contact the supplier - they should arrange for someone to come and reset the meter to at least give you some emergency credit
