WH Smith Book Bundles

I bought the picture book and pre-school book bundles last year and they were amazing! I very rarely just got 10, i think in one lot i got 13 books and they were very up to date books. I got the gruffalo and stick man jigsaw books and ones i see selling now for £5 plus. They have gone up by £1 compared to last year but i would still say there were worth it, I hope they are as good as last years sets.
I also got the true life bundle and again got a very good selection, i am like a kid at xmas when they get delivered! lol :rotfl:
Don't forget TCB or Quidco and its free delivery over £15!

I agree, the book bundles were fantastic! Bought a few last christmas and I was so pleased with what I got, the kids are still using the books from the activity bundle even now! Though looks like the Activity book bundle has gone up quite a bit in price? Still, might be tempted to buy some more....0

What was the difference between the pre-school and picture book bundles? just trying to figure out which would be most suitable for a 3-4 year old.0

The pre-school bundle had board books, textured books, pop up books etc. The Picture books are all just picture story books. Personally I would go with the picture books, they will enjoy them for longer.
I am disappointed they aren't doing the cookery book bundles this year. They were very good value.0 -
These were great last year, I got the modern fiction bundle and am still reading one of the books right now. The selection was great and well worth the money, but having looked back at my order I can see that it was £9.99 for 10 books rather than £15.99 this year. It is still a good price, but a 50% INCREASE IN PRICE from last year means it is no longer the outright bargain that it was.
I'm going to have to think about this or wait for some kind of discount code.
Edit: Just looked up last year's thread on this and it looks like most bundles worked out at £1 per book: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3649883
Also, a 20% off code came out in early December specific to the book bundles. Lets just hope they do that again this year.0 -
My parents both love crime fiction, so will make this a joint pressie, looks good value, thank you for the link.0

Bought two bundles last year, and this year's are similarly great value.
NB - Some of the books in last year's bundles were hardbacks not paperbacks, so even better value :j who knows it might be the same this year?
