Report a Buyer - Just noticed this

Just checking my feedback and noticed a purple box saying 'New' and then 'Report a Buyer'. Clicked on the link, which then takes you to Customer Support and the usual questions, which I don't think is anything 'new'.
However, on my seller dashboard page, there is umbrella, with the captions, 'Dealing with unreasonable or abusive buyer behaviour' and 'you're protected. We are making it easier for you to report a buyer' Find out more. and there is a link which takes you through to 'Buying practices policy'
Not sure is this is going to make any difference to sellers, but perhaps someone will try this out and see if it does.

Yep, just seen that myself on an account I only use for sales (and then not often).
Maybe this sort of bad-press is affecting Ebay's earnings as bigger sellers set-up their own sites or jump to Amazon market!
Jane Lloyd, who runs Saal Fabrics with her husband Simon, alleges that eBay blacklisted their business based on a controversial scoring system, despite them having a 99.7pc positive “feedback” score.
Ms Lloyd claims weaknesses in DSR led to a small number of reports that the company was slow to deliver. Just 13 of these out of 568 orders – or just over 2pc – were enough to see Saal have its account frozen0 -
I've used it already and you don't get any response from ebay whatsover about it. Not one thing has been done about my problem buyer and i reported them about a week ago. So if you want anything done i think i would still opt to go through the customer services route. It seems more like the system of reporting s listing where you just send the report but don't find out the outcome.0
