scottish power on line problems

Apologies if this is the wrong place for my question, but is anyone having trouble logging on to their on line account. I have just switched to them and could access my accoumt untill last thursday when message at log on said my password did not match their records went down the forgot password route and was advised new password would be e-mailed. No e-mail received tried to telephone anticipated wait 2-3 hours.:mad:

Go on to their site and get them to give you a ring back. I have been with them for a long time and have always found them to be reasonable and flexible. Always rang back quite quickly best to ask for ring back when they are least busyHi
