Is there actually anything different in preformance in the upgrade and full install. I know full install I will lose all my setting and things on pc where as upgrade will keep em.
Is there anything different though in doing either install.

Win7 upgrade seems to be a lot better than earlier versions.0

Or... upgrade to Win8Pro for £25 a week on Friday (If you are upgrading from Windows Vista, you will be able to bring along your Windows settings and personal files).0

If you have an upgrade disk, you have to upgrade. First time I did it, I saw the bit for "full Install" and did that, as that's always better - then it wouldn't validate. Eventually I found you can't do this with an upgrade disk.0
