there are far too many good sites out there to mention any specific ones. my best advise is go to google and search:
"how to write a cv" university
copy/paste the above into google, make sure you search in the uk as it is more relevant.

Thanks for that, but I don't want to know HOW to write one. I'm looking for some CV templates, in terms of formatting, not content.0 -
mine came from microsoft publisherthings arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then

Try OpenOffice, a free download(though is pretty large..approx 65mb) from:
http://www.openoffice.org/product/
does practically everything MS Office does and is compatible with MS documents too..and it is FREE!!! not a trial or anything.0 -
If you are a strudent (or just take up an evening course) you can get the student version of Microsoft Office (or at least you could when I bought it). Only thing you don't get is a database.0
