Deodorant Cans To Europe

Does anyone know if aerosol cans can be sent abroad or is that not allowed? I had some for sale which didn't get any bids but have now had someone from SWITZERLAND showing interest.

I thought I would ask on here in case anyone may have sold some abroad in the past and wanted to know if they had any problems.

I am under the impression that you cannot send aerosols at all through Royal Mail:

Really annoying as I had someone interested on a lot I was selling as well!!!

Oh wow. I'm glad I didn't get any bids then.

I just saw shed loads of listings with people selling aerosol cans on there and followed suit. I wonder what happens to theirs when they sell?

I think its a bit like nail varnish. Most people assume a seller posting at the Post Office can send that, not so. It doesn't stop them sending it though.
