Beneficial Credit Card

Hi, New to this but wondered if anybody can help?

I had a Beneficial Credit Card going back a number of years. I paid it off in 2006.

About 1 month ago I came across some old statements and realised not only was I paying PPI each month but they were taking out two amounts £70 something and £30 something per month (the amounts seem to vary each month by a few pounds here and there!).

Although I have some statements and have the account number I do not have the PPI agreement number. Have tried to contact Beneficial but according to the website is now HFC Bank - Is that correct? but everytime my call is "dumped".

The question is can I fill out the form without a PPI Agreement Number as I believe I never agreed to this as I have always been self employed which Beneficial was aware of so it was pretty much worthless anyway.

Yes, I was pretty stupid to let it run each month but probably then I thought it was bank charges etc rather than an optional insurance policy.

Look forward to your help.

Yes, you can make a complaint, and you don't need the PPI number, just the account number/credit card number.

Is it correct that I have to send the form to HFC Bank if it is a Benefical Credit Card ?
