    They are nice, aren't they.

For anyone in the North Devon area - Famous Little Stores in Bideford has these very pretty baskets for 79p:

(I put a 2p in the photo to give you an idea of size and there is a candle inside just to hold it up)
They have them in white, cream or peach. They also have smaller ones (which were more expensive at 99p!!!) and matching ribbon tie bags (also 99p)

And I got another bargain today at a car boot sale - these 2 baskets 50p each:

Hey, fancy meeting you here. You recently picked up a couple of items from me from Freecycle!

  • In QS in Peterborough they have some of those sturdy shoe box type of gift boxes (I think they are meant be CD/DVD etc storage boxes) in various sizes and colours, most of them are reduced and they are ranging from £1 - £5. I picked up a blue, pink and purple stripey one and a blue, pink and purple spotty one reduced to £1 each. Hope that helps someone.
  • Was away shopping today and came across a load of different baskets and things. I got a fabric lined wicker washing style basket for £4 (ideal for the new baby hamper I am doing) and saw a few others aswell! Have added details to first post!
