i got a free quark xpress 5 with computer shopper mag and have lost the validation code, my computer crashed i bought a new laptop but can't reload it without the validation code, i have emailed quark but got no reply any suggestions?

    How long ago did you email them? You may require a little patience, I know people with similar problems in getting the freebie quarkxpress activated after expiry have been helped by Quark themselves. I'm not sure there is much else more you can do legally.
