Well, things don't always turn out the way you expect, do they?
Smokie were popular (local), Hot Chocolate were good, Leo Sayer was a revelation (!) - really excellent but Mr Cassidy... Oh dear 
. Not sure what happened but after a couple of songs the audience started to leave in their droves :eek:. Enjoyed my evening out though and it was lovely to meet jambodaveprince and Mrs jambo.

Did you stop till the end nanny, we got absolutely drenched going to the car, it was lashing it down when we went out, Mr Cassidy was not very good, but the rest of the show was great. Very nice to meet you and your hubby Dave.I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus0

Not quite, I eventually gave in , grabbed my scarf and said, "Come on, I can't have my illusions shattered any more". By the time we reached the exit DC had finished :eek:.
