1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 25 years or over who hold a valid driving license, excluding employees and their families and agents of the Promoter and anyone else professionally associated with the draw. Also excludes employees (and their families) of Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, their suppliers, agents, third parties, employees of authorised Mercedes-Benz Retailers or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To Enter: Visit http://www.europcar.co.uk/ to sign up to receive information from Mercedes-Benz and Europcar between 12.01am on 1st October 2012 and 11.59pm on 2nd January 2013.
3. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 2nd January 2013.
4. No purchase is necessary, however internet access is required. Maximum of one entry per person. Bulk entries, duplications or entries from third parties will not be accepted.
5. The Prize: Loan of a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or equivalent for 3 days plus The prize includes 2 night stay at a 4* hotel on a bed and breakfast basis based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room location of choice.
6. The prize is available all year but is subject to availability at time of booking.
7. The prize excludes transfers to and from the hotel.
8. At least one guest must be 18 years of age or over.
9. Excludes local bank holidays or public holidays.
10. Prize must be taken by 31st March 2013.
11. The car loan will be for 3 days (Friday to Monday) with effect from the delivery / collection date & time. Europcar will be responsible for providing third party insurance [fire/theft] and road tax. The winner will be responsible for day-to-day running costs, fuel, tolls, congestion and parking charges and general maintenance. Winners will be required to sign Europcar's terms and conditions relating to the hire vehicle, prior to usage.
12. For your total confidence, the winner will be selected in a random draw which will take place within 7 days of the closing date 30th September by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. Winners will be notified within a further 7 days of the draw date by email and will be required to accept the prize within 14 days of the notification being sent. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter by this date, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement. The prize will be re-allocated at the promoter's discretion.
13. There is no cash or other prize alternative available. The promoter reserves the right to offer prizes of equal or greater value, should the proposed prize fund become unavailable due to circumstances outside its control. Unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
14. Winner's name and county will be available after the draw date by sending a stamped SAE marked "Winners" to Emma Weed, Europcar Mercedes-Benz E-Class Prize Draw, Europcar UK Group, Aldenham Road, Bushey, Watford, WD23 2QQ.
15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity (including photographic) and no fee for such participation.
16. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.
