Ordered some Glucosamine Sulphate form Woods Health (Woods Supplements) on 26th August, it is now 15th October & I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
They generally ignore my emails.
They did reply to one email on 1st October to tell me they were stuck in Customs & allow 5 to 10 more days.
Now they have a message on their website that they are sorry orders are delayed as they have moved and this is causing problems.
They have provided a terrible service & I will never use them again.

I use Zipvit. Only one small problem in about 10 years.

Wikipedia agrees with you.
I am just buying them for the mother-in-law so as long as I don't tell her she will think it is doing her good.
Next time I will tell her not to bother, will save me this hassle & her some money.

Just to warn everyone about this company
ordered some vitamins 2 weeks ago phoned them up spoke to this guy who didn't know what time of day it was. Started off by asking how could he help told him still havnt received order ,he then asked me for all my details at the end of it he said ' sorry i've forgotten what you wanted!!!!'
I repeated was chasing my order reply was ' might take about a month as we store our products all over the world and don t keep any stock here in jersey !!!!!! ' might take a bit longer if we don't have it in stock in the world 'dont know what planet this guy was on but never ever buy from them again ,something shady about this company !!!!!!!!
