    6 weeks came and still no refund and 2 more DD's taken. Spent quite a while on the phone getting them to sort it. Seems they had the final reading but had not yet updated the system with it.
    Still waiting for a refund from Co-op. My last 2 switches have not run smooth. This is what puts people off switching, having to spend time trying to sort it out.
    Any future switches I will a) try and get a part earlier refund if more than enough to cover final bill and b) chase after 3 weeks.

    back on topic - I did not get charged exit fees.
