Will I be charged exit fees?

Ofgem's condition states no more than 6 weeks for a final bill unless some problem is found that makes that impossible in which case its the dreaded "reasonable endeavours". As long as your address, meter details & readings all match up, the 6 weeks should be the case as your account is correct.
Good luck!
6 weeks came and still no refund and 2 more DD's taken. Spent quite a while on the phone getting them to sort it. Seems they had the final reading but had not yet updated the system with it.
Still waiting for a refund from Co-op. My last 2 switches have not run smooth. This is what puts people off switching, having to spend time trying to sort it out.
Any future switches I will a) try and get a part earlier refund if more than enough to cover final bill and b) chase after 3 weeks.
