Halifax easycash account

As part of my preparations for my debt free date ive opened a new bank account.
I wanted at account that has no affilliation to any of my previous creditors as ive had issues with a few of them
Continuing to take payments despite the balance being cleared.
Ive gone with the halifax easycash account.
Does anyone have any reviews, positive or negative on this account?
It comes with a visa electron card.. What are the main differences that i will notice between my current basic account visa debit card and the electron?

Electron is accepted most places in the UK pretty crappy online or abroad though.0

I use a card cash account as a second account. Haven't had any problems in using the card in the UK or online. Cannot comment on overseas usage.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

Been a while since i used an Electron card myself but when i had one i never really came across any problems in shop or using on-line0

I applied on line on saturday and was told its an electron.. Got some paperwork in the post today confirming account numbers etc and it all says visa electron card is on its way.. So yea, looks like it0
