Do I own this land?!

Ok so i have bought a house a few years back , which up until now i have rented out. At the time i bought it I was very inexperienced in house buyer and the solictor i used basically told me 'yep everythings fine ..sign by the x" Naively i did and now i have realised that there a grey aspect about the house that id like to clear up. I know i am going to have to seek professional advise (at a cost about this ££ :-( ) but id thought and am hoping that someone on here may be able to offer some friendly advice.
My proprty is detached set via a 'private lane'(?) which provides the only access to 3 detached properties , side acess to one bungalow and to some land.
On my land registry the information about the property is is as follows :
The land titled pink on the field plan has the benfit of the following rights granted by a Conveyance thereof and other land dated 16 June 1922 made between (1) Mr A N Other and (2) Mr J Bloggs:-
" Together with the right of the Purchasers and their heirs and assigns and all persons authorised by them in common with the other persons entitiled thereto at all times hereafter and for all purposes to pass and repass with or without horses and other vehicles over and along the road coloured brown on the said plan endorsed on these presents."
The land mentioned as pink is the house and garden , the brown land is the private lane
My question is can I put a gate ( with the permission of the other properties who use this lane for acess) at the beginning of this lane so we and our neighbourghs have exclusive use ?

You would need permission of the owner(s) of the land.
Why do you and your neighbours not currently have "exclusive use"?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

There is a row of terraced houses whos gardens are side on to the land : 3 or 4 of these properties use this land for back garden access. They are unwilliung to contribute to the maintanace of the land.0

As the title of my thread suggests i am not sure who owns the land, my adjoining neighbour believes it is 'we' who own the land.0

If you (the property owner) owned the road, you would not need a ROW via a conveyance.
Only the owner of the road can erect a gate.
The owner would only erect a gate if the ROW was maintained (eg keys to those with ROW)
Do a map search (NOT an address search) at the Land Registry to find the Title for the road.0 -
You can't do anything until you know who owns the land and who has right of way.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

What do the deeds of their properties say? Do they have a right of access?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

Like the others have said, your title gives you right of way across the land. It doesn't belong to you under that title number. FYI, in what you've copied, it doesn't say that you are liable to pay to maintain it either!
There may be a separate title number, it could possibly fall under the deeds of one of the houses or the land alongside it.
How old is the terrace? They well have established themselves a right of way, even if the original deeds do not. You can download their titles from the land registry as well.
I'm one of those "live an let live" people. If it's expensive, is it really worth barring people access to their property if they've been using it for some time? Especially as you haven't lived there, so in effect are the newbie on the block.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
