Hotmail down?

thanks for you guys - I have been pulling my hair out and about to chuck out my 8 year old laptop.

Great to know its a hotmail problem and not my laptop

Same with us either have white screen or blue text and everything is over on left hand side. Tried logging in through Google Chrome no joy. Can get access to it through OH's Blackberry.

I'm sorry to hijack this thread but I agree with an earlier poster that hotmail will be losing customers if they don't get their act together. My complaint about hotmail is junk mail - does anyone else have a problem with this? I've been with hotmail for about 12 years and I never received junk mail not in my inbox nor in the junk mail folder. But in the past 12 months about 10 to 12 items per day of junk mail have appeared in the junk mail folder and in the past 10 days one or two a day have also started arriving in my inbox.

Hope we can get into our accounts soon!

Phew I thought it was just me. Can't access hotmail on my laptop on IE or FF. Been iffy every couple of days or so. An Yes SO MUCH junk mail over the past week it's so annoying.

Fingers crossed they fix it soon, good luck everyone

i am now trying it with chrome and it is alot better but still a bit iffy.

I've been trying IE, FF and Chrome at different times all day but with no luck.
I'm still receiving emails as the number in my inbox keeps going up (probably hotmail emailling me to tell me it's down!). Can'tseem to get any further than clicking on inbox, then getting blank screen.
