LOL. The irony also is that the manager isn't always the best person to speak to if you have a complaint. :beer:

It's a load of pap... all they'll do is try to ice over sales targets in customer service terms i.e.

"We need to doing x number of cash ISAs this week or were doing our customers a dis-service"

"We need to make sure that we are providing the best possible customer service by talking to our customers about all the products we offer... we also need to be proving that level of service by doing x number of new bank accounts per week"
