Thanks for starting us off ziggy - hope you are feeling a little bit better?
But instead I got up, put on a pink dress and pasted on a smile!
look for comps and freebies
Am feeling much better thank you, nothing worse than feeling rubbish when you have depression as it feels 100 times worse but am learning to be kind to myself
pink dress and smile sound FAB - sometimes the hardest part is finding the smile

Hi guys - probably so late this is just for myself! well at least I'm an attentive audience :rotfl:
Thanks for starting us off zigs, definitely agree with the being kind to ourselves. I'm really trying to stay in the moment and not over think everything, tearing everything apart. Am finding it is really helpful
Today's efforts:
* NSD
* all meals from stores
* went to allotment after work, rather than driving home and then back as I had my sewing group tonight and its in the same town as where I work (I live about 4 miles outside of the town now)
* Tried to skype my lovely oh in Texas but he's obviously having a great time somewhere!
* made a big batch of chilli ratatouille to use up veg & 1/2 a tin of toms that needed using up - will be lunch for me for the next few days :T
* put extra hot water from kettle when I made a hot choc when I got home in a flask and used it for another hot drink
* I did turn the heating on but only for 10 mins
* replied to someone on freecycle re a chest of drawers
* made a hot water bottle for my bed
Ok that's me off to climb the wooden hill to bedfordshire
