Hello!
I have been researching online for ages now and have just got more and more confused.. so wondering if any of you kind people could help me, as getting really worried about the impending changes and what it will mean to me.
I am a single parent, with a young child I recieve middle rate DLA for (ONLY UNTIL MARCH 2014). I work 20 hours a week (earning £130) and recieve Working tax credit and child tax credit (£220-minus childcare costs of £40). I get most of my rent paid, I think I pay around £15?
At the moment, I struggle to pay everything and pay for the additional items my child needs, but things arnt too bad, We can eat, have heating ect...
Im really worried that when these changes come out, will we lose money?! I just really dont know what they are all about?!
I have noticed something about being protected at the same amount until a change?! Unsure if this means I will still get the same. But I change my job quite regulary so would this change it?
Sorry for all the questions, hoping someone can give me some information. THANKS

Workers are only exempt from Universal Credits if they don't claim them.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
