    The Deed of Trust was drawn up by a Solicitor, and states if The Owner and Beneficiary owner, agree to sell etc.

    Thank you for your votes of confidence, I just hope this does not even get to first tier tribunal and gets settled beforehand. I am going to take this all the way.

    As benefit baby said, more and more people are jointly owning property due to the current financial situation. I would highly recommend this type of arrangement, but feel it needs to be discussed and documents drawn up to protect assets.

    I will update this thread when I hear anything.
  • is it true you can have as much capital as in savings for tax credits ans can anyone tell me the link on the HMRC website for this
