The Deed of Trust was drawn up by a Solicitor, and states if The Owner and Beneficiary owner, agree to sell etc.
Thank you for your votes of confidence, I just hope this does not even get to first tier tribunal and gets settled beforehand. I am going to take this all the way.
As benefit baby said, more and more people are jointly owning property due to the current financial situation. I would highly recommend this type of arrangement, but feel it needs to be discussed and documents drawn up to protect assets.

is it true you can have as much capital as in savings for tax credits ans can anyone tell me the link on the HMRC website for this0
