Cat fur - thinning. Been to vet, now what?

Hi all, My 7 year old cat is perfectly fine in herself but her fur has thinned all on her tummy and across both back legs and her sides. She constantly washes herself - I have deflead her, and it didn't make a difference, so I took her to the vets. They did a skin scrape (I had to ask for it) and tested for mites and…

My friend has this with her cat, started last year when she was about 7. Vet said it was hormonal and gave her a jab, has been ok since but just started to happen again.

Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.

They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.
